Refund Policy


At Two Brothers Toffee we stand behind our quality.  All of our toffees and chocolates are carefully packaged and padded to ensure our product arrives at your doorstep in the same excellent condition in which it left our kitchen.  You have the option to insure your package with Route Package Protection on all orders.  Route insures lost, stolen or damaged packages & products, within the Route policy parameters.  Please select Route Package Protection at checkout if you would like to insure your package.

If something you’ve purchased from us arrives damaged, please contact us within two days of delivery to assist in submitting a Route claim.  Photos of the product and packaging may be required, so please do not dispose of any items prior to contacting us.  If additional information is required for review, we will inform you.  

Please note:  Shipping during weather months and to warm weather destinations may compromise the structure and quality of our candy & chocolate. During the summer months, we add extra protection to our shipping packaging to prevent melting. Please know there is a chance that the integrity of our product could be altered during hot weather months.  We strongly suggest choosing 1-2 day shipping for all out-of province destinations and selecting Route Protection at checkout.  

Due to the special nature of our products, we are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to inclement weather, strikes, mechanical failure, or any circumstances beyond our control.  

If Canada Post or FedEx attempts delivery and the product fails to be received, we are not responsible for replacing those items.  If you require assistance in tracking your package, please email us at for support, or contact Canada Post or FedEx directly using your tracking confirmation number.

All Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-transferable.
