Shipping during weather months and to warm weather destinations may compromise the structure and quality of our candy & chocolate. During the summer months, we add extra protection to our shipping packaging to prevent melting. Please know there is a chance that the integrity of our product could be altered during hot weather months. We strongly suggest choosing 1-2 day shipping for all out-of province destinations and selecting Route Protection at checkout.
Due to the special nature of our products, we are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to inclement weather, strikes, mechanical failure, or any circumstances beyond our control.
If Canada Post or FedEx attempts delivery and the product fails to be received, we are not responsible for replacing those items.
