Is Two Brothers Toffee gluten free?

Our toffee is gluten friendly, apart from the Whitegold and Smore flavors. Please read the detailed ingredient list of each product for more information, including Limited Edition Bark flavours. All TB Toffee products are manufactured in facility that is not certified gluten free, therefore, we do not guarantee cross-contamination with gluten products.

How do I store my toffee to preserve freshness & taste?

We encourage you to consume your TB Toffee as fast as possible because it is THAT good! If you can’t finish your bag in one sitting, simply seal it back into our airtight bag, and store it in a cool, dry place or refrigerate. To extend the shelf life and preserve freshness of our products, place in the freezer and bring back to room temperature before enjoying.

Is your packaging recyclable?

TB packaging was created to best preserve the freshness, taste and shelf life of our products. It is also a priority for our brand to be environmentally conscious and help reduce the carbon footprint. Luckily, we were able to accomplish both objectives! Our TB packaging is made of 100% recyclable pouches; meaning recyclable ink, recyclable film and recyclable zippers. Our bags can be recycled at retail locations that have Store Drop-Off collection bins. Wherever you see a plastic bag recycling bin in retail stores, you can recycle your TB bags there!

How fast is shipping & do you ship worldwide?

Orders are processed and shipped 3 times per week, and sent via Canada Post. You will receive a confirmation once your package has been shipped, including a tracking number. TB Toffee is available exclusively for shipping across Canada. For any special inquiries outside of Canada, please email info@twobrotherstoffee.com.

We are not responsible for the package once Canada Post confirms it has been shipped. Claims for lost/stolen packages are to be made with Canada Post directly using the confirmation number sent by TB Toffee.

Please note: Shipping during weather months and to warm weather destinations may compromise the structure and quality of our candy & chocolate. During the summer months, we add extra protection to our shipping packaging to prevent melting. Please know there is a chance that the integrity of our product could be altered during hot weather months. We strongly suggest choosing 1-2 day shipping for all out-of province destinations and selecting Route Protection at checkout.

Are your ingredients ethically sourced?

From the farm to the table, TB partners with companies that practice fair trade and implement procedures to reduce carbon footprints. Our butter & sugar are sourced from Canadian farmers to support our local farmers and workers. TB chocolate is sourced from around the world, only from farmers that fall under the fair trade agreement. TB supports the Cocoa Horizons Foundation whose purpose is to improve the livelihoods of cocoa farmers and their communities through the promotion of sustainable farming, improved productivity, and community development, which protect nature and children.

Do you offer a corporate gift program?

Package Protection

You have the option to insure your package with Route Package Protection on all orders. Route insures lost, stolen or damaged packages & products, within the Route policy parameters. Please select Route Package Protection at checkout if you would like to insure your package.

If something you’ve purchased from us arrives damaged, please contact us within two days of delivery to assist in submitting a Route claim. Photos of the product and packaging may be required, so please do not dispose of any items prior to contacting us. If additional information is required for review, we will inform you.
